Each year, there are over 600 incidents of family violence reported in Maryland’s Mid-Shore Counties. That number does not reflect the countless incidents that go unreported and un-noticed. With your support, the Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence will continue to reach out to all victims of family violence to provide the services and programs needed to help them become self-empowered family violence survivors.

Clothes and Personal Care Items for Emergency Shelter stays
Gas to get to a counseling session, court hearing, medical appointment, or support group
Cell phone minutes to connect with needed services and supports
Gift Cards
Groceries for families in transition or the emergency shelter
Utility Bill assistance to provide Heat, Water and Electricity
Safety Measures such as lock changes
Emergency Shelter or Transitional Housing
Their own safe home with first month’s rent and security deposit

Donate E-Gift Cards

Gift cards to grocery stores help survivors purchase much needed food and supplies. Similarly gift cards for gas stations give survivors the means to get to a counseling session, court hearing, medical appointment, or support group meeting.
